UN diet

UN diet



-Strict enforcement of the child leads in addition to removing the weight and metabolic changes , so losing weight is not coming back. Diet lasts 90 days. If it is necessary to weaken the less weight , the diet ends earlier, but then no changes in metabolism.
UN protein diet always starts the day , followed by starch , carbohydrate day , fruit day, so once again protein . ORDER OF THE DAY must not be altered .

Now - let's start with a description of the UN child .

breakfast
All 90 days fruit. Eat at two of the same fruit or a handful of dried fruit ( Count 8 pieces being enough ) .

The first day - PROTEIN DAY
lunch
• Meat, steamed and boiled or roasted (3 fragment - Restaurants serving - 250 gr ) or 3 boiled or fried eggs , or something of dairy products including soybeans.
• Bread - an integral piece of bread
• Salad - in unlimited quantities with a maximum of 1 tablespoon oil

dinner

Two thin patch of cake , or 3-4 cakes , or 3-4 balls of ice cream

Fourth Day - FRUIT DAY
Lunch and dinner

Additional notes :

• After rounds of 7x 4 days , ie 29 days (three times during the child ) is considered a "water day " . The day they drink only water ;
