Meat diet

             Meat diet



-A high-protein or meat diet allows very high protein intake and reducing carbohydrates to a minimum.

For there is no special diet recipes, just important to feed exclusively meat foods and avoid everything else, and even vegetables and fruits.

Vitamin deficiency replaces the vitamin pills. Meat is allowed to prepare in all ways (frying, boiling, baking) until only added spices that do not contain carbohydrates.

Weight loss goal should therefore be to change the composition of tissue with fat loss and increase muscle mass. Muscle is a specific weight (3 times!) And denser than fat, so the loss of the vase should not be the measure of your success, but the loss in centimeters.

APPROVED food - all kinds of meat and fish.

PREPARATION - boiled, fried, grilled, dried. Allowed all the spices except ketchup and mustard, or those containing carbohydrates. Foods should not be Pohatu.

Forbidden foods - all foods that contain starch, all kinds of dairy products, confectionery, snacks.

ALLOWED beverages - soda, water, black coffee, tea sweetened with artificial sweetener.
