Cardiac diet
-Cardiac Diet was originally intended for heart patients. However, this diet because of the good results and the absence of adverse effects, can be applied and a healthy person. Diet lasts fifteen days and is expected to lose 15 pounds. For this diet is important to comply with the schedule of certain foods and meal plan diet. DAY FIVE

200g cooked meat or fish

Half cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
1 boiled egg
1 tomato
Note: The meat and boiled green spice Vegeta. The sixth and seventh day without a child. During the child does not drink alcohol. After five days lost 2.5 pounds, and after two days diet is repeated (three times for 5 days) and for 15 days lost 15 kg without effects on health, and the weight will not be returned after the child.
