The three-day diet


-To make your food taste better, you can add spices, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup

  First DAY

BREAKFAST - coffee or tea, half a grapefruit, toast with a teaspoon of peanut butter
LUNCH - 50 g tuna, toast, black coffee with artificial sweetener
Dinner - 100 grams of lean meat, 100 grams peas, 100 g carrots, 1 apple

  2nd DAY

BREAKFAST - black coffee or tea with artificial sweetener, egg, half a banana, toast
LUNCH - 100g cottage cheese or tuna, 8 crackers
Dinner - 100 grams of lean meat, 100 grams of broccoli or spinach, 50 g carrot, banana

  DAY 3

BREAKFAST - coffee or tea, 5 saltine crackers, 30 g cheese, apple
LUNCH - boiled egg, toast, black coffee or tea artificial sweetener
DINNER - 100 g tuna, 100 g carrots, 100 g cauliflower, 100 g melon

  SECOND OF A THREE DAY CHILD

  First DAY

Juices, teas and water:
Instead of meals throughout the day drink 2 liters of fruit juice, 1 l unsweetened herbal tea and 1 liter of mineral water. Sugar from fruit juice will keep you feeling full for a long time and will prevent attacks of hunger.

  2nd DAY

Green fruits and vegetables:
Instead crafted meal eat 2 pounds of green fruits and vegetables (broccoli, apples, lettuce ...). Vegetables can be cooked or cook.

  DAY 3
rice:
Brown rice will do Sitia, but can also serve white. Daily amount should not exceed 200 g raw rice. You can add spices, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup.
